Voice Actors Activity Guidelines of Voices Bank
1. Sample Review and Approval
All files submitted by voice actors are first reviewed by a Bank Seda expert.
The result of the review (approved or not approved) will be communicated via SMS/email.
There is no limit on the number of submitted samples.
Reviewing samples may take up to a week or longer. If the process is delayed, follow-up is possible through the support unit.
2. Showcase Sample (Voice Display)
A showcase sample is a pre-determined text that the voice actor must perform exactly as published.
Format: MP3
Quality: Studio recording, mixed and edited with suitable background music.
No changes to the showcase text are allowed.
3. Sample Format, Size, and Duration
Audio: MP3 – Maximum 20 MB – Up to 5 minutes
Video: MP4 – Minimum 480p – Maximum 50 MB – Up to 8 minutes
4. Content Rules
Samples must comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Including any personal information in audio, video, or cover files is prohibited.
5. Uploading Project Files
If there is a single file: upload only that MP3 file.
If there are multiple files: place all files in one folder and compress it as a ZIP file.
- It is recommended to prepare several versions with different tones to reduce the chance of revisions.
6. Receiving and Delivering Projects
The voice actor must carefully review the text and project details before accepting the order.
In case of ambiguity, coordination with the support unit is required before setting the delivery time.
Recording and editing must be done in a studio with professional quality.
Delays in project delivery are subject to penalties.
The voice actor must set the exact delivery time within 30 minutes after project registration.
7. Order Review Time
The client has up to 60 hours for the first page and 2 hours for each additional page to review, approve, or request revisions.
Revision review time: 30 hours for the first page and 1 hour for each additional page.
If the deadlines pass without a revision request from the client, the project will be automatically approved.
8. Pricing
Minimum base rate: 250,000 Toman per narration page.
There are three pricing levels:
1. First page
2. Pages 2 to 10
3. Pages above 10
(In all cases, the first page rate + remaining pages are considered. For example, for three pages: first page counted once and pages 2–3 counted according to the second level.)Rates must be reasonable and consistent with prices outside the platform.
Any rate changes are only possible after approval from the support unit.
9. Inquiry Orders
Special projects or audiobooks are offered as inquiry-based orders.
The voice actor submits their proposed price after reviewing order details.
The final amount is determined after client approval and review by the support unit.
10. Availability Status
If temporarily unable to accept orders, activate the “Unavailable” option in the panel.
Ignoring this option and failing to deliver orders on time will result in warning and penalty (equivalent to 5% of the project amount).
11. Compliance with Rules and Regulations
Violation of rules may result in suspension or removal of the voice actor panel.
Repeated violations are subject to final decision by the supervisory team.
