Receive Gift Purchase Coupons in Bank Seda’s Loyalty Reward Campaign Based on Your Total Voice-Over Orders!
In this campaign, at the end of each month, the total amount of each user’s paid voice-over orders during that month (from the 1st to the last day of the month at 23:59) is calculated. Based on the plan you fall into, a gift coupon will be issued to you, considering the coefficient of that plan.
Terms and Conditions of Receiving the Loyalty Reward
1- The basis for calculating the total order amount is only **paid orders**. Canceled orders, pending payments, and similar cases are not included.
2- The validity period of the discount will be announced to the user via SMS at the beginning of the following month. Obviously, after the expiration date, the coupon can no longer be used.
3- The provided discount is only valid for the same user account and is not transferable to others.
4- Discounts can only be used for **new orders** and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5- Orders in which a discount code has been used will not be included in that month’s cumulative order total.
6- Since the calculation and application of discounts are performed automatically by the system, any errors or issues are traceable and reversible.
7- Each coupon can only be used for **one order**. If the project amount is less than the coupon value, the remaining balance will not be saved.
8- Inquiry-based orders and order revisions (as these projects usually receive the minimum possible pricing) are not included in the monthly total.
9- If a coupon is used for an order whose amount is less than the coupon value, the remaining balance will not be stored.
How to Use the Loyalty Campaign Gift
During the first week of each month, if your total orders qualify for a discount, after system calculation and determining the discount amount, you will receive an SMS containing the discount value, coupon code, and expiration date.
Additionally, (soon) you will be able to view and copy the code in your user panel under the **Discounts & Rewards** menu.
When placing an order and reaching the payment stage, enter the code in the discount code field.
