The Story Behind Bank Seda | Voice Actors Bank

If you are curious to know how the “Voice Actors Bank (Bank Seda)” was born, follow this story.
Voice Actors Bank
Every sound can be pleasant, but your voice is more pleasant; countless streams rushing through green meadows, the cooing of doves and the hum of countless bees…
I am Masoud Mohaghegh, the founder and managing director of the Voice Actors Bank of Iran (Bank Seda).
From my teenage years, I was deeply interested in artistic fields and began my journey in the world of art with painting. With the emergence of computers and the growth of information technology, the digital world gradually became more fascinating to me. As a result, I started my professional path simultaneously in two areas: programming and graphic design. The logical structure of programming and the diversity, color, and emotion of graphic design formed an inspiring combination for me. Although these two paths may seem unrelated at first glance, their fusion has always helped me stay creative, energetic, and driven to be a pioneer in everything I do.
I have always wanted to do things that no one had done before—innovative ideas that, beyond being new, could also solve real problems in society.
In 2014, while working on an advertising project, I needed a voice actor. This search led me to discover a major gap in the voice and creative industry: the absence of an official platform and reliable reference for connecting with voice artists. Limited choices, difficult access to voice actors, and a lack of transparency were just some of the challenges faced by clients. However, when we decided to seriously enter this field and formed a dedicated research and development team, we encountered even deeper issues on the other side of the story—challenges faced by voice actors themselves. Many talented voice artists were unknown, like pearls hidden inside shells, while even well-known professionals struggled due to the lack of a structured and regulated system. These realities convinced me to officially launch the Voice Actors Bank project.
Research, planning, and system design for Bank Seda began in September 2015, and in October 2019, it officially started operating as the first online voice-over ordering platform in the country.
