Instructor Rules and Guidelines on Voices Bank Platform
Introduction
To maintain the quality of training, protect the rights of users and instructors, and uphold the professional structure of the platform, all instructors who intend to produce and publish an educational course on Bank Seda are required to comply with the following terms. Registering a course in the system constitutes full acceptance of these rules.
Article 1 – Membership and Qualification Requirements
The instructor must provide complete and accurate personal identification information in the system.
Creating a shared account for multiple individuals without official notice to the platform is prohibited.
The platform reserves the right to verify the instructor’s identity documents, sample works, or academic qualifications before publishing any course.
Providing false or misleading information during registration or course submission will result in termination of collaboration and course removal.
Article 2 – Intellectual Property and Content Rights
The instructor may only upload content they own or have written permission to use.
Uploading any copyrighted material (including music, images, videos, or text) without official permission is a violation, and the instructor bears full legal responsibility.
By uploading a course, the instructor grants Bank Seda a non-exclusive right to publish, display, promote, and offer the course to users.
The instructor may not publish or distribute the same course on other websites or platforms without written permission from Bank Seda, unless specified in the contract.
All intellectual property related to the Bank Seda brand, name, logo, user interface design, and platform system belongs exclusively to the platform. Instructors are not permitted to use them outside the official platform environment.
Article 3 – Technical and Content Standards for Courses
A) General Features
Courses must be in video format with a minimum quality of HD (720p). Higher quality (1080p or above) is recommended.
The instructor’s image must have proper lighting and background. Avoid cluttered or unprofessional environments.
The instructor’s voice must be clear, noise-free, and recorded at a balanced volume level.
Using a professional microphone, recording in a controlled environment, and removing background noise are mandatory.
B) Audio and File Settings
Accepted video formats: MP4 with H.264 codec.
Audio must be recorded in WAV, AAC, or MP3 format with a minimum sample rate of 44.1kHz and a bit depth of 16 or 24.
- Avoid using loud or unlicensed music or sound effects.
C) Course Structure
Each course must include an introduction, syllabus, learning objectives, and a conclusion.
Each video lesson should preferably last between 5 to 15 minutes and focus on a specific learning goal.
At the beginning of the course, the instructor should briefly describe the topics, required knowledge level, and skills to be gained upon completion.
If applicable, practice files, transcripts, and supplementary materials must be attached to the course.
Article 4 – Professional Conduct of Instructors
All communication between instructors and users must occur exclusively through the Bank Seda support system. Sharing personal contact details (phone number, email, social media, etc.) in the course or its description is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to engage in off-platform business communication or accept direct orders is a violation and will result in termination and penalties.
Instructors must avoid offensive, discriminatory, political, religious, sexual, or unlawful content.
Maintaining a professional tone, respecting learners, and sharing knowledge ethically are mandatory.
Article 5 – Course Review and Approval
All courses are reviewed by Bank Seda’s technical and content experts before publication.
If any technical or content issues are found, the course will be returned to the instructor for correction.
The platform reserves the right to reject or remove courses that do not meet educational or technical standards.
Repeated violations or failure to make required corrections may result in unilateral termination of cooperation.
Article 6 – Data Ownership and Confidentiality
All identification, educational content, and user-related data of instructors held by Bank Seda are considered confidential.
Disclosing any confidential information about users, clients, or the platform infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
Instructors must use all platform-provided data solely for educational purposes within the system.
Article 7 – Payments and Settlement
Instructor payments are made according to the percentage specified in the cooperation agreement.
Payments are processed monthly and only to the bank account registered by the instructor.
In case of user refunds or rule violations, the platform reserves the right to deduct the relevant amount from the instructor’s revenue.
Article 8 – Responsibilities and Enforcement
The instructor is responsible for the academic accuracy, technical quality, and content integrity of their course.
If intellectual property violations or false information are proven, all legal and financial liabilities fall on the instructor.
The platform may remove a course, suspend an account, or seek compensation in cases of user complaints, rule violations, or unprofessional behavior.
In severe cases, the platform reserves the right to take legal action through judicial authorities.
Article 9 – Withdrawal, Termination, or Suspension of Cooperation
The instructor may terminate cooperation by written notice and observing the required notice period.
Upon termination, published courses will remain or be removed from the platform based on mutual agreement and contract terms.
Bank Seda reserves the right to suspend or terminate cooperation without prior notice in case of violations.
Article 10 – Miscellaneous Provisions
Any updates to this guideline will be announced via the instructor panel or the notifications section, and continued activity implies acceptance of the latest version.
Matters not covered in this document shall be governed by the main instructor contract with Bank Seda and the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
This document supplements the instructor cooperation agreement, and compliance with both is mandatory.
